I am a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who strives to provide a safe and compassionate space for emotional processing, growth and healing. Growing up as a culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individual, I experienced the impact of mental health stigma, which shaped my passion for supporting young people and adults in their mental health journey.
I have experience across diverse settings, including private practices, university clinics and hospital inpatient and outpatient services. Some example presentations I have worked with include autism, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, behavioural differences, anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. My approach to therapy is client-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and collaborative. I apply evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based, and play-based interventions.
I am particularly interested in working with neurodivergent children, adults and CALD individuals to help them identify their individual strengths, build resilience, and navigate childhood and life adversities.
