Hello, I am Catherine

I am a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner dedicated to creating inclusive, barrier‑free communities.

With a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling and extensive case management experience, I collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement person-centred, evidence‑based strategies that enhance quality of life. Aligned with Lucas Support and Care values, I am committed to neurodiversity‑affirming practice and supporting environments that celebrate individual strengths.

As a mother of two, I understand the complexities of family dynamics and the importance of carers feeling genuinely heard, valued, and supported. I take a collaborative, systemic approach that recognises and respects the perspectives of all members of the support team, particularly in complex situations involving children or dependents with disabilities. My practice focuses on building strong partnerships, fostering mutual understanding, and working together to achieve meaningful outcomes for the child and their family.

My extensive experience across a range of conditions, with a special interest in neurodiversity and intellectual disability, enables me to provide practical, empathetic guidance grounded in professional expertise and real‑world understanding.
